Quiet List offers a fully searchable repository of off-market, pre-market, and on-market listings. Our AI-powered matching engine matches your buyer briefs with relevant listings in real-time, notifying you instantly when a match is found.
A Buyer Brief is a detailed request submitted by a buyer’s agent, outlining the buyer’s criteria (budget, suburbs, property type, features, etc.). Once submitted, the brief is matched to properties on the platform, and you are alerted when a match occurs.
Once logged in, select “Add a buyer brief” and upload your agency-branded brief. Our AI technology will verify the details, and if correct, you can submit it to the platform. Each profile is limited to six active briefs at a time.
There is no limit to the number of matches. Each match will be for a unique listing, and the match will remain visible until the listing or brief is removed.
Yes, when a match occurs, both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent will be notified and can contact each other directly by phone or email or through the platform.
